Home Our Story Social Responsibility

Diversity begets solidarity and teamwork

The logistics business is a labor-intensive and people-oriented service. Leader Mutual Freight (LMF) considers each employee our foremost investment, and we strive to become a company where all members can pursue their career aspirations and train for new job responsibilities without ever leaving the network. This is how we envision fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities (CSR).

We plan to expand CSR fulfillment by introducing flexibility to our recruitment process and launching a new series of in-house workshops. LMF employees can look forward to masterclasses led by industry leaders and guest speakers, as well as corporate management training for executive members of our global branch offices. We also encourage those who wish to work and study full-time to apply, so every member of the LMF community can widen their knowledge and prospects. Internal mechanisms are also available for those who wish to transfer departments or explore a new trade, which in turn strengthens the company’s resilience with their new skills and leadership.

LMF is an equal opportunity employer — our staffs hail from around the world, and despite the differences in languages or cultural norms, they are presented with the same chances for promotion and advancement. Moreover, cultural diversity and plurality of values form the foundation of our corporate culture. This foundation facilitates solidarity and cooperation based on understanding and acceptance; multiplicity over uniformity gives rise to a higher degree of innovation and grander scope of proposals, forging the best path forward to true teamwork.
