LMF Milestones

1979 – Delivering perishables with care

LMF is a one-stop service provider for forwarding international freight. Our 24-hour team is key to our success as a perishables shipping expert.

1990 – Delivering electronics to the world

Targeting electronic products small in size but requiring expedient delivery, LMF began to work with Taiwanese manufacturers of printed circuit boards (PCBs) on a tight shipping schedule. This led to our development of just-in-time (JIT) logistics, guaranteeing delivery dates such as three-day turnaround for cargo to travel from Taipei to Singapore. “Express delivery, competitive rates” is our company motto.

1997 – Branching out to Los Angeles, US

Allen Cheng, vice president of Morrison Express USA, joined the LMF family as CEO in 1997, paving the way for our expansion into six American metropolises: Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, and Dallas. Branch offices in Asian trade hubs Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok soon followed.

2005 – Branching out to Shanghai, China

Fanny Chung, founding president of LMF, personally led our foray into China in 2005. She succeeded in establishing a strong foothold in Shanghai, which now serves as the center of operations for our China division. Now stationed in 20 Chinese cities — including Beijing, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Jinan, Qingdao, Shijiazhuang, Dalian, Ningbo, Nanjing, Hefei, Wuxi, Chengdu, Xi’an, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Xiamen — this first-class team has collectively realized Fanny’s dream of going where our clients go, and opening new locations where their business is required.
