Leader Mutual Freight (LMF) was bestowed the Excellent Partnership & Support Award at UMC’s 2021 Outstanding Supplier Awards on Oct. 21. CEO Allen Cheng stood side by side with 17 other recipients, each representing a multibillion company, to receive their honors from UMC, a Taiwanese semiconductor foundry committed to building a low-carbon supply chain. It was a moment of pride for the whole company.

The 2021 UMC Suppliers Awards organized by the Hsinchu-headquartered foundry recognizes supply-chain specialists who have surmounted the challenges brought upon by the global COVID-19 pandemic. LMF is one of the 18 winning suppliers, chosen by UMC from thousands of contestants, and the sole winner from the global logistics sector to receive this honor.

Such a feat would not have been possible without the excellent LMF teams stationed in Taipei and Hsinchu Science Park, as well as those working in collaboration with LMF’s Singapore, Dallas, New York, and San Francisco, and Israel branches. This achievement attests to our team work and resilient spirit.
